I would give 5 stars but when Handling reservations over the phone, it seems to be a harder process versus going into the branch! I had to extend my rental a few extra days and was given incorrect information over the phone. But the branch had all the correct answers and was able to assist thoroughly! WAYYYY better than any other rental service I have been with!
